We only collect what you actively send us. If you use the intake form, that is your name, email address, optional phone number, your business name, and the details you write about your project. We do not collect information about visitors who never fill in a form.
We use your information to respond to your enquiry, build and deliver your website, and send you the finished files. We do not sell your information and we do not share it with advertisers. If a supplier needs your details in order to complete your project — a hosting provider, for example — we will tell you who and why.
When we send you a free sample of your site, it is built from the information you have given us and is shared only with you. We do not publish samples publicly and we do not reuse your content on another project.
Form submissions are relayed through FormSubmit, a third-party service that delivers your message to our inbox. Hosting and deployment are provided by Cloudflare. Our sites use cookieless analytics. We link to Google Maps for directions. Each of these handles data under their own privacy policies.
Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted within 12 months. Project records are kept for as long as we provide hosting and support for that project, plus whatever period we are required to retain for tax or legal reasons.
You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Email info@etouchcomputers.com or call +1 (832) 506-9033 and we will action it.
