We build websites for local businesses. A standard project is a custom 4–5 page site with mobile-first design, a contact form, basic on-page SEO, hosting and three email accounts. Anything beyond that — extra pages, custom functionality, ongoing maintenance — is quoted separately and agreed in writing before work begins.
The free sample is a visual draft to show direction. It is not a finished site and it is not a binding quote. Your final quote covers the agreed scope and the price shown. Work starts once you have approved the sample and the scope in writing, and the deposit is due at that point. Final payment is due on launch.
24–48 hours for the free sample and 5–7 days to build and launch are our standard targets, not guarantees. They assume prompt feedback from you. If you need something faster, say so up front and we will tell you honestly whether it is possible.
You keep ownership of the photos, copy, logos and other material you provide. By sending it to us you grant us permission to use it to build and publish your site. Once the project is paid in full, we will hand over the site files and any work product created specifically for you.
Hosting is included in the build price. If you would rather host the site yourself, we will provide the export and deploy instructions — there is no charge for handover.
Payment is due on completion for a fixed-price project, and on completion of each visit for ongoing work. We accept cash, card and electronic payment. Business accounts on standing arrangements have terms agreed in writing.
You may cancel at any point before the site goes live. If you cancel after work has started, you pay for the work completed to that point. Once the site is live and the final invoice is settled, there is nothing further to cancel.
Our total liability for any claim connected with a project is limited to the amount you paid us for it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Harris County, Texas.
