1. Payment Terms

• 25% deposit required after you approve the first sample / draft of your website. Work on the final site begins only after this deposit is received.
• The remaining 75% is due upon project completion, before the final site is launched and handed over.
• Once any work has been delivered to you (sample, draft, or final), all payments are non-refundable.

2. Post-Launch Plan (You Choose One) *

Once your website is live, you must choose ONE of the following three options for ongoing support. This choice will be confirmed in writing before launch:

• Option A — Monthly Subscription: A flat monthly fee for unlimited minor edits, hosting, SSL, security monitoring, backups, and email support. Cancel any time with 30 days notice.
• Option B — Hourly Rate: Pay-as-you-go at our published hourly rate for any edits, updates, or support requests. No monthly minimum. You are responsible for your own hosting and security unless you also pay us to manage them.
• Option C — Self-Managed (Transfer Out): You handle everything yourself. We transfer the website, hosting credentials, and all files to you or a third party of your choice. Transfer fee applies (see Section 10). You become fully responsible for hosting, security, backups, and all future updates.

Important: If you choose Option C (Self-Managed) or you cancel your Monthly Subscription and do not transfer the site to a third party, your website may be taken offline after 30 days notice. We are not responsible for data loss on sites we no longer host.

3. Domain Name Registration

If we register a domain name on your behalf, the cost is passed through at our actual cost plus a small handling fee. Pricing depends on the domain extension you choose:

• .com — most common, highest trust, premium pricing
• .net / .org — standard pricing, similar to .com
• .info / .biz — budget-friendly options
• .io / .tech / .ai / .co / .dev — premium / niche extensions, higher annual cost
• Country codes (.us, .uk, .ca, etc.) — varies by country

The exact domain cost will be quoted to you in writing before registration. You always own your domain — it is registered in your name and you can transfer it to any registrar at any time.

4. Hosting & Infrastructure

• Hosting, SSL certificate, and basic security are included free with every website we build.
• 3 business email accounts (you@yourdomain.com) are included free.
• If you cancel monthly maintenance, hosting transfers to a third party at your cost, or the site may be taken offline after 30 days notice.

5. Content & Materials

• You confirm you own or have rights to all content (logos, photos, text, reviews) you provide to us.
• We may use stock photos / placeholder content if you do not provide your own. These are licensed and cleared for your use.
• You grant us permission to display your completed website in our portfolio and marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing.

6. Revisions & Approvals

• The first sample includes two rounds of revisions at no extra charge.
• Additional revision rounds are billed at our hourly rate.
• Major scope changes after project start (new pages, new features) will be quoted separately.

7. Timeline

• First sample / draft is delivered within 24-48 hours after we receive your completed intake form.
• Final delivery depends on revision round count and content turnaround. Typical project: 1-2 weeks from sample approval.
• Delays caused by missing content, approvals, or client responses do not count toward our delivery timeline.

8. Cancellation

• You may cancel at any time before the first sample is delivered for a full refund of any deposit paid.
• After the first sample is delivered, the deposit is non-refundable.
• After the final site is delivered and accepted, all payments are non-refundable.

9. Ownership Transfer & Handoff

• If you wish to transfer your website to another person, company, or developer at any time, you are responsible for paying the transfer fee. This covers our time to package the site, export the database, transfer credentials, and coordinate with the receiving party.
• The transfer fee is billed at our standard hourly rate, with a minimum charge equivalent to one hour of work.
• Until the transfer is paid in full and complete, we remain the website's hosting provider and the site remains governed by these Terms.
• If you are on the Monthly Subscription and wish to transfer mid-cycle, the current month's fee is non-refundable.
• Once transferred, we have no further responsibility for the website, its content, hosting, security, or any issues that arise after the transfer is complete.

10. Liability

• We are not liable for losses caused by third-party services (hosting, email, payment processors, domain registrars).
• Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific project.

11. Agreement

By checking the box below and submitting this form, you confirm that:

• You have read and agree to all terms above.
• You understand the 25% deposit is non-refundable after sample delivery.
• You understand you must choose ONE post-launch plan (Monthly Subscription, Hourly Rate, or Self-Managed Transfer) before launch.
• You understand that if you cancel your plan and do not transfer your site to a third party, it may be taken offline after 30 days notice.
• You understand domain name costs vary by extension and will be quoted to you in writing.
• You understand that any ownership transfer to a third party is at your cost (billed hourly, minimum 1 hour).
• The information you have provided is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
